Usi e consuetudini nel settore Turismo

Il contratto di prenotazione alberghiera è regolamentato dal codice civile art.1326.

CHECK-IN – CHECK-OUT

Check in dalle ore 08:00 , La camera è disponibile dalle h 14.00 (sarà nostra premura fare il possibile per consegnarle entro le 12.00- 13.00)

Il giorno della partenza la camera deve essere liberata entro le h 10.00 e i servizi terminano a tale ora

Il prezzo di pensione completa decorre dal pranzo del giorno di arrivo e termina con la prima colazione del giorno di partenza.

Nel trattamento di pensione, il gestore non pratica riduzioni per i pasti consumati fuori della casa, anche se preannunciati.

A richiesta vengono forniti i cestini da viaggio.

I clienti non possono consumare, durante i pasti, bevande di alcun genere, acquistate fuori dall’esercizio.

Le prenotazioni sono valide solo fatte per iscritto o per e-mail e confermate sempre per iscritto dalla Direzione.

La caparra confirmatoria è pari al 30% dell’importo totale della prenotazione.

SALDO DEL SOGGIORNO

Il soggiorno deve essere regolato almeno un giorno prima della partenza , si accettano : Assegni bancari, carta di credito (Visa e Mastercard) Bancomat.

DISDETTA DEL SOGGIORNO

La caparra viene restituita se la disdetta avviene entro il 30°giorno precedente la data di arrivo.

Dal 29° giorno viene interamente trattenuta.

PARTENZA ANTICIPATA O RITARDATO ARRIVO

Il soggiorno dovrà essere pagato per intero così come prenotato.

Se la camera prenotata per iscritto non viene occupata dal cliente, senza preavviso dello stesso, entro le ore 14 del giorno successivo a quello della giornata del previsto arrivo, la camera si ritiene libera e la prenotazione annullata.

ASSICURA LA TUA CAPARRA E IL TUO SOGGIORNO

Dal momento in cui la prenotazione è confermata ed è stata versata la caparra si ha tempo 24 ore per sottoscrivere una polizza assicurativa ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE.

Questa polizza protegge la caparra versata nel caso in cui si dovesse rinunciare al soggiorno prenotato, in caso di ritardato arrivo, in caso di interruzione anticipata (nei casi previsti dalla polizza).

Customs and practices in the tourism sector
The hotel booking contract is governed by the Italian Civil Code, Article 1326.

CHECK-IN – CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in from 08:00.
  • The room is available from 2:00 PM (we will do our best to have it ready between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM).
  • On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM
  • and all services end at that time.

The full board rate starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Under full board, no reductions are made for meals not consumed at the hotel, even if previously notified. Packed lunches can be provided upon request.
Guests are not allowed to consume beverages purchased outside the hotel during meals.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are valid only if made in writing or by email and confirmed in writing by the Management.
The deposit required is 30% of the total booking amount.

BALANCE OF THE STAY

The stay must be paid at least one day before departure. Accepted payment methods: bank checks, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), debit cards

CANCELLATION OF THE STAY

The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From the 29th day before arrival, the deposit will be fully retained.

EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL

The stay must be paid in full as originally booked.
If the room reserved in writing is not occupied without prior notice by 2:00 PM of the day following the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be considered cancelled and the room released.

INSURE YOUR DEPOSIT AND STAY

Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid, you have 24 hours to take out an Allianz Global Assistance insurance policy.
This policy protects the deposit in case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure (under the conditions specified in the policy).
